I love this joke!
It is amazingly simple, requires no extra funding, and can be achieved by anyone with a strong arm and a window.

I highly suggest you open the window first. The first floor is probably enough, but from the roof makes for a grander impression upon the ground below. Be sure to set up a camera should you choose to actually do this … as I want to see photographs of the flight path, ground impact and distribution of the components. I see this as great art!
